The service
Product Studio ("we", "us") composites a product photo you upload into a studio scene you choose, using a frontier image model behind our studio engine, at your direction. You ("you", "the customer") pay per shot at the rates published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product.
Account & billing
There is no subscription for this product. Shots are billed in Ounie credits (1 credit = 1¢) from your shared Ounie wallet, priced by quality tier (Standard or Pro). The price is reserved when you submit and settled only when your output is delivered; a failed, timed-out, or aborted shot refunds the reservation automatically and in full. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your gallery and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance. Keyless x402 calls are paid per call in USDC and are final once the image is delivered.
Content standards
Prompts are screened, and we refuse — without charge — requests that are illegal or abusive, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, imagery of identifiable real people intended to deceive or harass, incitement to violence, and material that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt such prompts. Generated media is stored privately-by-default in your gallery; a share page exists only when you explicitly publish one, and we may take down published pages that violate these standards.
Acceptable use
You may only upload reference photos you have the right to use, and only generate shots of products you have the right to depict. What you generate and how you use it — including its accuracy and compliance with the policies of any marketplace where you list it — is your responsibility. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented, bypass rate limits or content screening, or resell raw access to the service.
Your outputs
As between you and us, you own the outputs you generate, and you may use them commercially, including on third-party marketplaces. We claim no rights over your reference photos or outputs and do not use them to train models. Generated media may contain artifacts and is provided as-is — review before you publish a listing with it.
Availability
The model behind our studio engine reflects a third-party frontier model and changes over time as it's upgraded, and the provider may reject individual jobs under its own policies. A rejected or failed job refunds automatically, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated media is illustrative and not a verified depiction of anything.
Refunds
Failed shots refund automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For anything else, open a support ticket.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from your use or publication of generated media.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to outputs you've already paid for, and you can export them before closing your account. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
